1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the WealthMindsetUp financial education platform and define the contractual relationship between students and our educational services. By enrolling in our courses or creating an account, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Access

  1. To access our complete educational offerings, registration with accurate personal information is required.
  2. Student accounts are individual and may not be shared with third parties.
  3. Access to premium courses is granted upon successful payment and is subject to the respective program terms.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Contract Duration and Termination

  1. The duration of course access and membership depends on the specific program or service selected.
  2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or through our support system) and must comply with the notice periods specified in the program descriptions.
  3. For ongoing memberships, terms automatically renew unless cancelled within the specified timeframe.
  4. Both parties retain the right to extraordinary termination for good cause.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Course fees are due in advance and are clearly communicated before enrollment completion.
  2. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform during checkout.
  3. For recurring memberships, fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  4. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and applicable regulations.

5. Refund Policy

  1. Course refunds are available within 30 days of initial enrollment if you are not completely satisfied with the educational content for any reason.
  2. To request a refund, contact our student support team through our contact form or at support@wealthmindsetup.com with your enrollment details and reason for the request.
  3. After the 30-day period, refunds for ongoing memberships will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of your membership term.
  4. One-time course purchases and downloadable materials are non-refundable after the 30-day period has elapsed.
  5. If technical issues prevented you from accessing paid content for more than 48 hours, we will either extend your access period or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  6. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 5-10 business days of approval.

6. Usage Rules

  1. Educational content may be used exclusively for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
  2. Copying, distributing, or sharing course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  3. In community areas and forums, we expect respectful and constructive participation.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these usage rules.

7. Content and Disclaimer

  1. Our educational content serves informational and educational purposes and does not constitute personalized financial advice.
  2. Application of the strategies and concepts taught is at your own risk and should consider your individual circumstances.
  3. We strive for accuracy and currentness of all educational materials, but cannot guarantee completeness or freedom from errors.
  4. Financial decisions should always be made with consideration of professional advice appropriate to your situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. WealthMindsetUp's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent legally permissible.
  2. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to reasonably foreseeable damages.
  3. Liability for data loss is limited to typical recovery costs.
  4. These liability limitations do not apply to damages involving life, body, or health.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  1. All course content, materials, videos, and educational resources are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  2. With course enrollment, you receive only a time-limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the materials for personal learning.
  3. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

10. Data Protection

  1. The collection and processing of your personal data is conducted according to our Privacy Policy.
  2. Use of our platform requires the storage of certain technical data (cookies) for functionality.

11. Final Provisions

  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed. Students will be notified of significant changes in advance.
  2. Should any provisions be deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
  3. Canadian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Toronto, to the extent legally permissible.
